Shipping

Shipping is free on all EU and International orders. We ship orders Monday to Friday.

UK Orders

All mainland UK orders are shipped via Tracked 1-3 days delivery with Royal Mail, who will update you on a delivery window via text or email.

EU Orders

All EU and International orders are shipped via Express Tracked Delivery. Orders to the EU usually take 2-3 working days to arrive and International orders 3-5 working days. Our courier will update you on a delivery window via text or email.

Exchanges and Returns

It doesn’t happen often, but we get that sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

You can also exchange for alternative sizes and garments within 14 days of receiving an item.

How to make a return or exchange
